Copyright and Infringement

Photographers retain ownership of their work unless a separate written license or assignment states otherwise. Buyers receive only the rights explicitly agreed for the booking.

Prohibited use

Uploading stolen work, misrepresenting ownership, or reusing photography outside the agreed license is prohibited. Reported violations may result in takedown, account suspension, payout holds, or legal escalation.

How to report

Use the support route on the platform and include the profile or booking reference, the claimed work, proof of ownership or authorization, and the remedy requested.

File an infringement report

Reports are restricted to signed-in users and reviewed by marketplace administrators.
